Just had my 1st firing using white clay. I mixed white clay with some of Northlands Matauri Bay clay which is one of the best porcelan clays in the world - a group of us were lucky enough to visit the clay works a few weeks ago. I have used a clear glaze then soaked the sculptures in tea to give it a crazed effect.
